Mary Romo is a former Head Start director, Pk-12 education administrator, and national trainer with over 20 years of leadership experience in early childhood education. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and has led programs at both the district and agency levels—managing multimillion-dollar federal grants, launching new Pre-K facilities, and guiding teams through change.
Through EarlyEd.ai, Mary brings cutting-edge AI tools to early education professionals to solve real challenges—like documentation overload, PIR reporting, policy writing, and family engagement. Each tool is designed with deep knowledge of Head Start standards and built to make meaningful work easier.
Mary also leads EarlyEdPro.ai, a consulting firm that supports agencies through strategic planning, grant writing, and coaching services tailored to the early education field.
